Starhub Cable TV contract Transfer in Circuit Road, Northeast Singapore for sale

I'am moving out of singapore and looking for someone who can take my Starhub cable contract which has a contract period till 19/12/2013.
Package details are as follows:
Starhub TV package: Basic 3 groups: $14(Actual price $26.This $14 is a discounted rate) with one HD interactive Set-top box.You will get HD interactive box, remote, all cables accessories required.
Looking for Starhub contract change with effect from 15th July or anytime around this timeframe.I can bear the applicable transfer fees.
I also want to sell my sofa and coffee table along with this starhub transfer.Its a brand new 2 seater leather sofa and a wooden coffee table.I would like to give both the sofa and coffee table for 100$.I prefer someone who would like to take starhub,sofa and coffee table.
